Sharon’s Chipotle Breakfast Wraps

Check out this yummy breakfast wrap recipe from TT member Sharon!
1 package of ground turkey or pork
1/4 cup apple cider
1tsp chipotle chilli pepper
1tsp sage..ground or fresh ( 1tbsp chopped)
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
8 eggs
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small Avocado Sliced
Wraps: Boston lettuce, corn or whole wheat wrap
In a bowl combine dry ingredients, the cider vinegar and your choice of meat.
Cook meat, drain the fat and set aside.
Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
Place butter in fry pan at medium heat, add eggs stirring frequently until cooked.
Use lettuce leaves or wraps and then place a scoop of eggs ,chipotle meat and sliced avocado inside.
**Note: hot sauce can be a nice addition if you like a super spicy taste!
