Private Training Sessions

Sometimes you want to focus on something specific and our private training sessions are designed to do just that.

Want to learn a new skill?

Feel like you could be progressing faster at something?

Don’t feel comfortable with specific equipment, techniques, or exercises?

Just want a distraction free time to really focus on your fitness dreams?

Our private sessions will help you achieve your fitness dreams!!!

There are multiple options available for programming and for purchasing!!!

What will you do in a private session?

You will work one-on-one with your coach after deciding on what the focus of the session will be.

Currently the most popular sessions are kettlebell training and fitness kickboxing. Also popular are specialty skill sessions like jump rope training and handstand training.

You might just like some specific feedback or coaching with different equipment or techniques and some personal time with one of our coaches is a great way to advance technique learning or to help build comfort with specific equipment.

Sessions are booked with the coach of your choice or who we know is the best coach to achieve your goals. If you purchase a package of sessions you can use them with different coaches!!!

Single Private Session – $75+hst

-a single private session with the coach of your choice to focus on a specific goal

10 Pack of Sessions – $550+hst
-Can be used with different coaches
-Must be used within 10 weeks of purchase
-Includes a custom program if needed

Custom Program – $150+hst
-Six to ten week program to accomplish a specific goal
-Includes a discussion session with programmer
