Group Personal Training Classes

Do you go to the gym and do the same routine every time or take the same spinning class week after week? Have you walked on the treadmill and cruised on the elliptical one too many times? If you are not seeing physical changes and getting results, guess what - what you're doing isn't working! It's time for a change.
Group PT - Each week we will be focusing on a different training protocol: hypertrophy, strength, metabolic circuit training or functional lifting and recovery practices. Our coaches will help you work on proper form and technique as well as coach you on the appropriate loads (aka weight) you should be lifting. What is the best way to describe these workouts? Well they are like a large personal training session with more company, expert coaching and a little more sweat!
Kettlebell Training - Kettlebell training provides a fantastic strength and conditioning workout. The problem with most traditional gyms is that they won’t let their members use them! We will teach you how to effective use Kettlebells and learn techniques such as the swing, the snatch, the front squat and our favourite, the turkish get-up.
Bad Ass Conditioning - Join Taylor our strength and conditioning coach, for an intense conditioning workout. You never know what to expect or what you’re in for (other than a bad ass workout).
Fun Interval Friday - Friday’s at TT are dedicated to interval training to kick off the weekend right. Using short interval protocols like tabata rounds or sprint training on our indoor turf, expect an awesome workout to lead you into your weekend.
