We are so excited that you have joined us for our three week trial membership!

Whether you have just started training or are coming back after taking a break away from working out, we are here to help you every step of the way!

STEP #1 – Our TT Movement Prep

The video below (click the link) is our complete movement prep. YES we do know it is a lot to learn and it isn’t easy BUT we promise by the end of your three weeks you won’t even have to look at the list posted to see what’s next! As always, if you forget an exercise or get stumped our coaching team will always be able to give you some guidance and help you out.

STEP #2 – Our Technique Training

Our series of 4 workouts will get you ready to feel confident when you start our regular TT Programming and/or our team training (class) program!

From KB Swings, to lunges, squats and push-ups, our technique training will give you the guidance, coaching and support that you need to improve your technique and get the most out of each training session!

Step #3 – TT Programming for your goals!

Our programming changes EVERY Monday to give you tons of variety – we promise you will NEVER be bored! Our expert coaching team will help you decide the best program track to help you make your fitness dreams come true!

Frequent Asked Trial Questions:

1 – How often should I train when on I’m on trial?

We want you to take full advantage of your three weeks so we can teach you, support you, guide you and help you hit your fitness goals. We recommend aiming for 3-4 training sessions a week BUT with that being said if you can come in MORE come in!

2 – I’m SO sore, should I just rest until I feel better?

This is our MOST popular question we get! Remember your body might not be used to training AND you might feel some muscles you didn’t even know existed – that is 100% normal! We promise if you come in, start with the movement prep and get your body moving you WILL feel better. PLUS if you feel really sore our coaching team can show you some amazing recovery exercises if you want to have low key sessions – no problem!

3 – When should I come in to train?

We are open Monday-Thursday 6am-7pm, Friday 6am-3pm and Saturday 7am – 12pm. Come during a time that works best with your schedule! That is it the beauty of our training model – fitness CAN fit into your lifestyle – and it should!

Taylored Training Physiotherapy

Included in your trial package is a chance to sit down one on one with Cassie to discuss any questions you might have about your past injury history as well as doing a movement screen so Cassie can advise you on any movement issues to help with your training.Katie shldr
