TT Spring Training

It’s the time of year when everyone gets excited.

The snow melts, it starts to get warmer and the anticipation of sunshine and warmer weather puts a smile on everyone’s face!

We get it.

It’s also a time when you feel inspired to prepare for cottage life, patio season, summer sports and your Spring/Summer wardrobe (yay to no more winter jackets!!!)

This year we have a Special Spring Program we are introducing to our

TT Member community.



It’s a chance to hit a reset in the following areas:






This 8 week Challenge will focus on how to reset your habits, improve the way you feel and work on how to stay consistent with the additions that you make to your lifestyle.



What should you expect?

The unexpected!


We are going to challenge your mindset when it comes to your movement, nutrition and fitness.

We promise if you trust in the process you will be trying new things, thinking more about the choices you make every day when it comes to your health and how they have a direct impact on how you feel!

Most importantly we are going to provide you with a lot of info, coaching and support along the way so you can be successful!


Similar to the many sports teams preparing for their prime season, we want to help you prepare for our Canadian prime season of patio life, cottaging, outdoor sports and NO MORE Winter jackets!

* A Weekly Training challenge

*A Weekly Mobility challenge

*8 Weeks UNLIMITED training with our entire coaching team


You will have the support of our entire expert team and fellow Spring Training of fitness experts to help you along the way!
