It’s that time of year again when the weather is getting warmer, the days are getting longer and it’s nice spending more time outside without 10 layers of clothes!

For the past few years we have hosted a Spring Challenge program with rave reviews from our participants (check out below!) and this year we are back offering a special opportunity to learn from our team about the latest fitness, nutrition, movement and lifestyle training in order to feel as good as you should!

Let’s be honest. Trying to make improvements with your fat loss, fitness and nutrition can be a frustrating process! We know after over a decade of helping our awesome members, exactly how to help you get REAL results and what you need to learn and practice for success.

If you’ve been following our work and our expert coaching team, you will know that we won’t be selling any pills, shakes, supplements OR making you follow a crash diet BUT we will be teaching you how to get your body stronger, fitter, healthier and happier with proven training systems.

We can’t promise the program will be easy, but we CAN promise the next 8 weeks will revolutionize the way you think about food and fitness for the rest of your life!

Program Dates & Info:

Monday, April 1st – – – -> Saturday, May 26

  • A Nutrition Program that will change the way you look and feel about food. That’s right. We promise to teach you how to eat in order to get the best results AND feel your best. No crash diets, expensive supplements or pills are needed! We will share the recipes, cooking tips and strategies that will help you be successful.
  • Accountability is key for success. Each week you will submit an online checklist to our team of coaches to help you stay accountable to your fitness goals! Our easy to use app will help you stay on track!
  • 24/7 Coaching Support every time you train! Every time you come to train at our studio (OR train using our online platform) you will work with our of our team of coaches. You are never alone, or left to figure out what to do. Each session will be focused on getting the most effective workout so you can get the best results.
  • 24/7 Online Coaching Support is available for all members! Are you travelling during the program and need some advice on what and where to eat? Are you stuck for dinner ideas or heading to a dinner party and don’t know what to bring? Our coaches are here for you!
  • A Specialized Training program is designed to teach you the most effective ways to train your body to shed fat, get stronger and move better.
  • An Initial Movement/Injury Assessment on your current status. Do you have an injury that just won’t get better? Perhaps you have an old injury that still bothers you? Maybe you’ve always wanted to increase your flexibility, or you have back pain, knee pain or shoulder pain that is just frustrating! It’s time to take care of yourself NOW so you can enjoy all the things you want to do.
