This clinic is open to both members and non-members of Taylored Training.

What you will receive:
*Detailed workbook with instructions for each exercise (coaching cues, tips, technique and progressions).
*At home training program including 4 Kettlebell workouts.
*An Interval training program including daily kettlebell conditioning workouts that take less than 15 minutes to complete!
****NOTE this year there will be an advanced clinic taking place in November. Any participants from the level 1 will be eligible to attend!
